' Go Green - 2K25 '
ICYM unit St.Paul Church Delanthabettu organized Green Heart, a Heart Beats for the Nature, an unique pogramme, on 05 October 2025. This programme was inaugurated by Fr.Richard D Souza, the Parish Priest of the Church, a journey from Delanthabettu to Kalanjimale Forest ,planting saplings, sowing the bambo seeds and picking up the plastic from the forest. Around 25 people along with youth took part in this programme. 75 saplings were planted in the forest by the ICYM members. The purpose of the programe was two fold; to create a bond with the forest and to stop cutting trees in the forest.
' Nativity Feast Competitions - 2K25 '
ICYM Delanthabettu organized a variety of competitions for Delanthabettu parishiionesrs. The variety of competitions conducted by Parish priest Rev.Fr.Richard Dsouza and ICYM Joint secretary Avinash Dsouza. Competitions were an online competition, which included Althar Soboi (Altar Decoration), Kutma Sanghi Tasveer (A picture with the family while having Nove Jovan), Online quiz competition related to Nativity of Feast. This event aimed to encourage the community in a creative expression of faith and devotion. The competition was conducted via WhatsApp. Participants submitted their photos through the messaging platform, which allowed for remote and accessible participation. Prize distribution given on September 14th after the mass. Congratulations to all winners and participants on a successful competition event !

Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) of St.Paul's church, Delanthabettu celebrated India's 79th Independence day at the church premises. The program commenced with the holy Eucharistic celebration at 7am. Royal Dsouza Member of ICYM unit invited the guests and welcomed the gathering to the program.Parish priests Fr.Richard, Parish Pastoral Committee Vice President Selin Dsouza, Secretary Robert Dsouza, ICYM President Avil Dsouza and Animator Krishanth Dsouza, ICYM members and parishioners joined the flag hoisting ceremony. The ICYM members led the National Anthem with pride along with parishioners hosting the national flag. Fr.Richard Dsouza addressed the gathering spoke about importance of good citizens of the country. The program concluded with the distribution of sweets. Royal Dsouza proposed the vote of thanks and compered the program.
' Gadyanth Masthi - 2K25 '
Indian Catholic Youth Movement (lCYM) of St.Paul Church Delanthabettu unit successfully organized the programme "Gadyanth Masthi 2k25" at a field on 27h July 2025, Promoting unity among the Parishioners. A ceremonial march-past followed, with each ward showcasing traditional farming attire, symbolizing the heritage of hard work and resilience. The event began with a formal program ceremony, which was hosted by Mr.Alwin Dsouza, The event began at 10:00am with a prayer song by ICYM members, lCYM Secretary Prema Dsouza welcomed the guests and parishioners with warm words, Digintaries of the dias were Rev.Fr.Richard Dsouza, Parish priest, Parish Vice President Mrs.Selin Dsouza, Secretary Mr.Robert Dsouza, Parish commission co-ordinator Mr.Albert Felix Dsouza and ICYM President Avil Dsouza, Animator Krishanth Dsouza, Mr.Joy M P Dsouza Surathkal, landholder Praveen poojary and Mahabala. Throughout the day, individual, paired and group games were conducted for different age groups. " Gadyanth masthi 2k25 " was more than just a fun-filled event; it was a testament to the power of community, tradition, and unity. The successful execution of this event,was held. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by ICYM President Avil Dsouza. With token of love gave mementoes for the sponsors.
' ECO -ECHO 2025, Let's Scream-Go Green '
ICYM Delanthabettu along with the parishioners celebrated Van Mahotsav and organised plant distribution drive on 8th June, 2025. Owning to the importance of ‘laudato si’ , Van Mahotsav was celebrated by understanding the duties of an individual towards our mother earth. Followed by planting of saplings by the Director Fr.Richard.

' Taize Prayer '
A prayerful contemplation through song prayer and music was conducted by ICYM Delanthabettu on 16 th of March for all the parishioners. On the occasion of lent it was a call to everyone to spend some time with God.The service commenced at 6.45 pm as everyone gathered in the church. It was a blessed time as everyone felt the presence of God through music and silent contemplation. The entire prayer service was led by Church priest Fr.Sunil Praveen Pinto along with the youth choir. The service ended at 8.00pm as everyone felt the touch of God and returned home happy and blessed.

ICYM Delanthabettu unit organized" Nathalanchi Saanjz ", cultural event for the parishioners on the occasion of the christmas, on December 24 at St.Paul's Church ground, Delanthabettu.

ICYM Delanthabettu unit picnic was held on 12 th of october at Madikeri.It was a day filled with fun and laughter for all the youths of ICYM.

On July 14th, the Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM) Delanthabettu organized a training program for its members, which began at 9:30 AM. The event was graced by Rev. Fr.Ashwin Cardoza, the Director of the Mangalore Diocese, who served as the chief guest.
